Notifs provides notification infrastructure services that enable developers to send notifications to various platforms (Discord, Slack, email, etc.) through a unified webhook-based API. The Service includes web-based dashboards, APIs, SDKs, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Notifs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTIFS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Notifs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Notifs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
